What is your return policy?
We want you to love every PST Essence purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Because of the nature of fragrance and personal care products, opened or used items cannot be returned. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we'll make it right.
Are your fragrances authentic and cruelty-free?
Yes. Every PST Essence fragrance and body care product is formulated in-house and never tested on animals. We're proud to offer clean, high-quality luxury without compromise.
